What you will learn: 

This course will provide a personal overview and commentary on the sequence of events that led to the unprecedented disaster at the Fukushima Nuclear facility, beginning 3/11/11. It will document the chronology of events since the accident and discuss radiation exposures to workers and the public as well as explore the innumerable challenges facing the Japanese, not only related to Fukushima itself but for nuclear energy’s future in Japan. An additional presentation is included by Mr. Robert Kury, VP, Nuclear Liabilities, D&D Program Management.
