What you will learn:
In this course, you will explore the Total Worker Health® Leadership 101 program developed by esteemed faculty from the Colorado School of Public Health's Centers for Health, Work & Environment. This online training allows you to assess your current leadership strategy and establish a framework for evaluating Total Worker Health (TWH) within your organization at your own pace. Participants will learn to identify the five practices of TWH leadership and their role in shaping organizational culture, understand the business case for TWH, recognize the elements of a healthy and safe workplace, appreciate the employee perspective on health and safety, and discover strategies to enhance personal well-being.
