What you will learn:
The Occupational Health Nursing (OHN) + Total Worker Health® (TWH) Cohort Training Program is a specialized, interactive training initiative designed to empower Occupational Health Nurses with practical knowledge and skills in the Total Worker Health approach. Developed by the Centers for Health, Work & Environment, the program combines self-paced learning with expert-led virtual workshops to promote health, safety, and well-being in healthcare environments.
Over the course of six weeks, participants engage in a blend of asynchronous modules and synchronous workshops that apply TWH strategies to real-world occupational health scenarios. Through collaboration with peers and guidance from seasoned facilitators, nurses will explore ways to integrate TWH into organizational practices, improve workplace culture, and enhance both employee and patient outcomes.
